For efficient operation and service to MCGL members and other library users, a set of guidelines and rules are in place which dictate how library resources are to be used while in the Library as well as when the data is in a member’s possession once removed from the library (when checked out).  These rules also govern how checked-out materials need to be organized when returned to the MCGL for refiling among other general data access/usage rules.  Financial policies are also covered.  Members and other library users need to familiarize themselves with these rules and do their best to honor them.  To read/download a copy of the rules, click here: Rules for use of the MCGL.
